Recipe: centrifuge 3 pomegranate ( you can even use the mixer) and then filter the juice. Heat up 4 dl of pomegranate juice with 0.50 dl of lime juice, 50 g of icing sugar and 10 mint leafs; when it is cold, filtrate and serve with cold Prosecco in goblet.
