Production area: Hilly vineyards on granitic soil in the region of Sardinia. 

Characteristics

Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet: good intensity, with notes of peach, apricot, almond and herbs.

Palate: warm but fresh, tasty and full.

Food matching: Ideal with cdishes with fish and cheese.

To serve at 8-10°C.
