CHARACTERISTICS

COLOUR purple red with deep and intense hints.

BOUQUET great intensity, with sensations of ripe fruit, cherry and raspberry jam.

PALATE full-bodied, well balanced and persistent. Pleasant notes of dried plum, vanilla and spices. Final sensations of toasted oak.

FOOD MATCHING: Ideal with meal based on red meat, seasoned cheeses and typical Italian cold cut. To serve at 18-20°C.
