CARACTERISTICS
COLOUR: brilliant straw yellow with greenish hints.
BOUQUET: delicate notes of apple and acacia honey with flowery inkling
PALATE : soft, well balanced, harmonic and pleasantly fresh, with light final rather bitter notes.
FOOD MATCHING: ideal with meal based on molluscs, prawns, “mozzarella alla caprese”. To serve at 10-12°C.
