PRODUCTION AREA: The municipality of Soave in the locality called Al Pigno in the region of Veneto. 

CHARACTERISTICS:

COLOUR: shining straw-yellow with light golden hints.

BOUQUET: intense, fruity with strong notes of apricot, citrus and exotic fruits.

PALATE: pleasantly round, with wide structure, harmonic, elegant and with notes of ananas and honey . Brilliant yellow straw

FOOD MATCHING: aperitifs or starters based on fish, shellfish and mollusc; soup, grilled fish and cheeses. To serve at 10-12°C.
