CARACTERISTICS
COLOUR: intense ruby red with rich purple reflexes.
BOUQUET: intense and catchy notes of ripe cherries and spicy hints of cocoa and vanilla.
PALATE: intense, soft, with a light note of tannins, balanced with fruits in brandy. Persistent aftertaste with a toasted aftertaste.
FOOD MATCHING: goes well with rich starters, lamb, braised and roasts, game and seasoned cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
