PALATE: It shows a big structure to the palate and a big personality. Alcohol melts in the tannins in a really well balanced final product.
FOOD MATCHING: Serve at 15°-18°C. It matches with processed dishes of red meat or with spicy sauces. To try with cheeses, calf and lamb chops.
