PRODUCTION’S AREA: selected grapes from own property situated in the East area of Verona’s province. City: Veronella 

CHARACTERISTICS:

COLOUR: intense ruby red

BOUQUET: A soft and mature plum with enveloping spicy scent.

PALATE: a body which originates power and fragrance. The sour cherry and the plum wrap up the oak in their thick majesty of the extract.

FOOD MATCHING: ideal with dishes of char-grilled meat, game and matured cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.
