VINIFICATION:
This aromatic and delicate Spumante has been achieved through a fermentation process lasting 15-20 days and it is completed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°-20°C.
PERLAGE: Persistent and fine.
CHARACTERISTICS: Brilliant pale yellow straw COLOR. The BOUQUET is delicately fruity as green apple and pear, with hints of bread crust and banana. On the PALATE it results crisp, dry, well balanced and elegant.
FOOD MATCHING: As aperitif or with appetizers, fish, salads, pastas, white meat. Service temperature: 7°-9° C.
