Characteristics

Perlage: refined, persistent and elegant.

Colour: straw yellow with green tints.

Bouquet: notes of green apple and rose.

Palate: pleasant acidity well balanced by the residual sugar exalts the floral notes of this wine. Soft and velvety foam. A good sapidity completes the harmonic and balanced body of the wine.

Food matching: Best when served at 8°-9°C: this way the CO2 is released and can transport with itselves the pleasant bouquet.
