Bouquet: has an instinctive involvement, deep, fruit growing; notes of red fruits like cherry and raspberry, with hints of roses and white flowers

 Palate: Refined and elegant with a mix of delicacy and grit tannins.


Food matching: Perfect with meat dishes, not too fat, nor aggressive. Excellent with vegetables, main courses of a certain texture, soft cheeses.
