CHARACTERISTICS

COLOUR: light straw-yellow with gold hints.

BOUQUET: fresh fruit and flowery notes of jasmine and a final lightly aromatic.

PALATE: fresh, pleasant, elegant, harmonic with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

FOOD MATCHING: Ideal as aperitifs, or the typical summer’s kitchen, with the fresh cheeses of the Italian tradition.

To serve at 10-12 °C.
