12 leafs Mint
Extravirgin Olive Oil
Grate bread 40gr
Bran pasta 320gr
Fresh peas 120gr
Salt
2 Courgettes
1 Tomato
Carrot, onion and celery.
Recipe:
Break the point of courgettes, wash and cut them in pieces wide 5mm. Take a saucepan and boil the water to cook pasta, saled it and fry the courgettes. Cook the peans in a boilig water for 2-3 minutes. Then drip the peans and put them in a iced bowl. Cook the tomato and cut it in half and then in cubes. Prepare the sauce. Warm up the pan with a spoon Extravirgin olive oil and toast the bread for 2-3 minutes. Add five leafs mint and pepper. Warm up 2-3 spoons Extravirgin olive oil and brown vegetables, then go on cooking for 2-3 minutes.
