Ingredients:

Onion

Tomatoes 300gr

Laurel 1 leaf

1 Carrot

Extravirgin Olive Oil

Parmigiano 30gr

Bran Pasta

Black Pepper

Rosemary

Thyme

Salt

White Wine ½ Glass

1 Celery

Mortadella Bologna 300gr

 

Recipe:

Clean celery, carrot and onion, cut and cook them in a warm pan with four spoons oil. Add herb and mortadella in cubes and flavour them for 3-4 minutes. Pour wine. Clean tomatoes, cut them in half, add to the sauce and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper, remove herb. Cook pasta and add to the sauce.
