Grapes: 100% Gleragrapes.
Vinification: This aromatic and delicate spumante has been achieved through afermentation process lasting 50 days and it is completed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature oj 18°-20°C.
Perlage: Persistent and fine with an elegant straw color.
Sparkling wine with aromas of white wild flowers and notes of green apple. It has tiny bubbles with a frothy feel on the palate.
Food matching: As aperitif or with appetizers, fish, salads, pastas, white meat. Service temperature: 6° - 8° C.
