DENOMINATION : PINOT GRIGIO SPARKLING PINK EXTRA DRY
GRAPES : 100% PINOT GRIGIO
PRODUCTION AREA : Veronella, in the district of Verona, in the Arcole Doc Area.
VINIFICATION : The grapes are harvested in the second part of August after an accurate selection. The grapes are softly pressed and the maceration of the skins last for 12 hours (Fermentation at the temperature controlled for 6 days). In this specific case it is a long Charmat method with a foam taking process that lasts for 3 months. After this the wine is filtered and bottled. This is a Pinot Grigio Rosè Extra Dry thanks to this residual sugar of 13 g/l.
CHARACTERISTICS : The colour is intense soft rosè. Floreal notes and hints of yeasts for the bouque. Pleasant acidity, well balanced by residual sugar which exalts the wine's floreal note. Soft and velvety effervescence. A good pleasent salty taste completes the harmonic and balanced body of the wine. Perlage refined, persistent and elegant that underlines the process of the wine.
