PRODUCTION’S AREA: Selected grapes from vineyards in the East area of the province of Verona. City: Veronella
VINIFICATION: Manual selection of the grapes and following drying in a controlled environment for 40-45 days. Refining for about 9 months, 50% in Tonons and 50% in big oak of Slovenia casks
COLOUR: deep red.
BOUQUET: the fruit is in clean and fleshy evidence. Notes of cherry, cocoa and tobacco with some spicy notes.
PALATE: exceptional power and a radiant gustative persuasiveness. Soft and persistent, pleasantly tannic with jam’s notes.
FOOD MATCHING: ideal with dishes of meat, grilled meat, game, saisoned and hot cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C.
