CHARACTERISTICS
COLOUR: intense ruby red, which assumes with the maturation some hints of garnet.
BOUQUET: winey, intense and characteristic, with light notes of liquorice, mint, ripe fruits and noble spices.
PALATE: dry, soft, with light tannins, pleasant acidity, with notes of fruit’s jam and memory of vanilla.
FOOD MATCHING: This wine is ideal with dishes of meat, matured and light spicy cheeses. To serve at 18°-20°C
