CHARACTERISTICS:

COLOUR: intense ruby red colour with topaz blue hints after the maturation

BOUQUET: intensely fruity with notes of cherry and raspberries, toasted vanilla and spices.

PALATE: bouquet of finesse, pleasantly full-bodied, with light notes of spicy tannins and a sensation of ripe plum and of undergrowth’s jam.

FOOD MATCHING: meal based on meat, grilled meat, game seasoned and hot cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C.
