PRODUCTION AREA: Veronella inside the Arcole area (VR). Region of Veneto

CHARACTERISTICS:

COLOUR: intense ruby red colour with violet hints

BOUQUET: pleasantly fruity with notes of raspberry, redcurrant and herbaceous notes.

PALATE: harmonic, velvety, great structure and well balanced finish; notes of jam and light spicy notes.

FOOD MATCHING: ideal with long seasoned cheeses, roast-meat, pot roast and all red Meat. To serve at 18-20°C.
