Ingredients:

Raspberries 100gr

Müsli 80gr

Redcurrants 100gr

Ricotta cheese 250gr

Salt

2 Albumes

Sugar 40gr

Vanilla

 

Recipe:

Knead a long time the ricotta with a wood spoon making it softly and creamy. Add the vanilla to the ricotta cheese. Whip albumens up, add a pinch of salt and sugar, then amalgamate them in a ricotta cream. Shell currants, wash and dry raspberries. Arrange the müsli at the bottom of 4 glasses, making a fruits of the forest’s layer and one of ricotta cream. Fill glasses repeating the process and putting the dessert in the fridge before serving.
