Ingredients:

800gr Dark chocolate

A pinch of powder cinnamon

A pinch of powder ginger

A pinch of red powder chilli pepper

A pinch of grated nutmeg

 

Recipe:

Melt the chocolate. Cut the chocolate in sparing and divide it in four equal parts, one for each aroma. Melt the first chocolate share in double saucepan. When the consistency is fluid, add the powder cinnamon and amalgamate it. Do the same with others chocolate shares. Melt the second share in double saucepan, add the powder ginger and amalgamate it. Melt the third too, add the red powder chilli pepper and amalgamate it. Finally melt the last share, add and amalgamate the grated nutmeg. Do the medallions. Spread the chocolate (large ½ cm) in a greaseproof paper and let it harden. Then obtain some medallions and put them on a wood case, if possible divided in four parts.
