BOUQUET winey, with hints of spices and raspberry.

PALATE harmonic, well-balanced, structured, tannic and persistent.

FOOD MATCHING: Perfect with grilled red meat or game. Very good also with tasty and spicy cheeses. To serve at 18-20°C.
