GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay
PRODUCTION’S AREA: Veronella inside the Arcole area (VR). Region of Veneto
VINIFICATION’S TECHNICAL: soft pressing follows by 16 hours fermentation at 14°C. The wine is aged in steel casks on its yeast for 2 months and in bottle for a month.
CHARACTERISTICS:
COLOUR: straw-yellow colour with golden hints
BOUQUET: intense, wrapping with notes of pear, ripe exotic fruit, acacia honey and tosted notes.
PALATE: harmonic, velvety, full-bodied and persistent whichtransmit the sensations found earleir on the nose.
FOOD MATCHING: ideal with Mediterranean dishes based on fish or crustaceans, white meat and medium seasoned cheeses. To serve at 10-12°C.
