Characteristics: The COLOUR is ruby red with purple hints; shiny, transparent and with very good persistence. The BOUQUET offers a good intensity and persistence; winey with notes of red and ripe fruits like raspberries and blackcurrants; final notes of violet and geranium. The PALATE is dried, full-bodied, persistent, warm and well-balanced.

Food matching: Ideal with roasted red meats, game, regional cheeses. Service temperature:16-18°C.
