CHARACTERISTICS

COLOUR purple red with strong violet hints.

BOUQUET intense, with pleasant herbaceous hints and notes of blackberry and tomato leaves.

PALATE full-bodied, velvety, dry and persistent. The aftertaste confirms the bouquet: rich and warm with a final pleasant tannic note.

FOOD MATCHING: ideal with rich and tasty meal as spicy soup, pasta and beans, red meat. To serve at 18-20°C.
