PRODUCTION’S AREA: Veronella inside the Arcole area (VR). Region of Veneto

CHARACTERISTICS:

COLOUR : ruby red colour, with violet hints wich tend toward garnet hints with the maturation.

BOUQUET: fruity with notes of raspberry and light spicy pepper.

PALATE: persistent and fullbodied palate, pleasantly tannic which transmit the sensations found earlier on the nose.

FOOD MATCHING: meal based on grilled meat or roast meat, seasoned and hot cheeses. To serve at 18-20°C.
