COLOUR deep red

BOUQUET pleasantly grassy with light notes of black pepper and cooked spicy fruits.

PALATE caracteristic, dry and persistent. Final tannic taste but velvet.

FOOD MATCHING : ideal with pasta, soups, risottos, meat and cheeses.

Serving temperature : 16-18°C.
