Palate: dry, warm, well structured, delicate notes of fruits jam, spices, pleasantly tannic aftertaste, velvety at the same time with delicates notes of vanilla and grilled notes.
Food matching : Ideal with red meat, game, and dishes based on truffle. Serve at: 18°-20°.
