COLOUR Purple red , garnet with ageing.

BOUQUET complex, intense with hints of blackberries jam.

PALATE the wine results harmonious, velvety and pleasantly tannic.

FOOD MATCHING: Best pairing with roasts meat, game, pheasant or salami. Service temperature: 18-20°C.
