CHARACTERISTICS

COLOUR : intense ruby red with garnet shade

BOUQUET: spicy with some notes of red fruit, characteristic persistent and ethereal.

PALATE: dry, harmonic, velvety and tannin.

  FOOD MATCHING: Perfect with roast-meat white and red, barbecue, game, matured cold-cuts and cheeses. To serve at 18°-20°C.
