COLOUR : straw yellow

BOUQUET: harmonic  and aromatic, hints of flowers, lime and tropical fruits

PALATE: dry, harmonic, with acid notes.

FOOD MATCHING: Perfect with fish, sea food, pasta and risotto with vegetables. 

Serving temerature : 8°-10°C.
