Acquavite di Uva Toscana - Montechiari

This eau de vie is obtained through the distillation of wine ( of first fermentation).
The distillation is made according to the tradition and is repeated for 3 time4s in order to obtain the purity of the product.
The product is very refined and concentrated: from 50 litres of wine is extracted only a litre of eau de vie.
