Shipping and Payements

SHIPPING

All the goods are transported through the courier: FLIGHT 2000 International Courier.

The transported goods is insured and perfectly packaged. Enoteca Verona is responsible for the shipment until the delivery took place.

Deliveries will be made within a minimum time of 2 days to a maximum time of 3 days from the date of the order and the advise of payment.

When the shipment is made , we send you an e-mail of confirmation of the order departure, where you will find a code (waybill) to make possible an on-line supervising of the status of your shipment.

In the European Union, goods will be delivered in 3/5 workdays.

PAYEMENTS

The goods will be paid with the following payment systems:

1) Credit Cards    

2) Cash on Delivery ( only for delivery in Italy)

           For this type of payment there will be a surcharge of € 7.50 on the normal costs

           of shipment that will be calculated in addition to normal shipping charges or  
          with free port.  
           NB: The Courier is allowed to withdraw only  cash for the exact amount shown on          

           the order total.

3) Banking Transfer 
When we will receive your order confirmation, we will send you by e-mail all the necessary data to make the banking transfer.

         Just the received confirmation of the transfer case, your order will be ready to be    

          sent.
