Orders


 All orders are accepted only in written form, or by fax, or via the Internet (on line). The client that sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a statement of confirmation of order, or electronic mail (E-mail), indicating its serial number; assuming that, after sending the order, does not appear ( in a few minutes) the number, the proposal shall be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, although for accounting, administration or lack of the product.


Right of withdrawal and return of goods

Return of defective goods
