PRODUCTION’S AREA: In the province of Lecce and Brindisi.

CHARACTERISTICS:

COLOUR: intense ruby red with violet hints which tend to the garent with the maturation. BOUQUET: intense fragrance of red fruit, which some spicy notes which remember the tobacco and the leather.

PALATE: Dry, warm, bilance, sapid and pwith the presence of some pleasant tannins. The final touch reminds of the red fruits jam and the tobacco.

FOOD MATCHING: This wine is perfect with first rich disse, lamb.
